New Years Resolutions - Five Steps Toward Improving Your Quality of Life!

Writing your New Years Resolution? Use these 5 steps to help improve your quality of life.

1. Set clearly defined goals and write them down:

Categorize your goals into your priorities. Good categories to consider are Spiritual, Family, Career, Finances, and Personal to include mental and physical.

2. Make every hour count:

Practice Time Management. Take stock of how much time you waste each day. Start by replacing at least one hour a day of wasted time with one or more productive activities that help you reach your key goals.

3. Tap into the power of masterminding:

There is power in numbers. Associate with people who are excelling in areas in which you would like to improve, such as health, finances, or spiritual awareness. Learn from them and grow personally.

4. Commit to personal growth:

Change your mental diet; take educational courses, start a new hobby, listen to audiotapes, read books, and create new associations.

5. Hold yourself accountable:

Share your goals with at least one person who knows you well and meet with them periodically to review your written goals and progress toward reaching them.
