  • Sales lag behind the same time last year but June's numbers are showing signs of improvement over May and YTD figures.

  • Pierce County's Condominium median sale price of $211,625 is down 7% from $227,950 the same time in 2007.
  • Like Single Family Homes, sales lag behind the same time last year but are showing signs of improvement over YTD figures.
